Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from federal and commercial sources to ensure high data quality.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Ensure all data analysis processes adhere to strict federal compliance standards and security protocols (NIST, FedRAMP).
- Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries to communicate key findings to senior leadership and program managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and improve reporting structures.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within federal systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the federal sector or a related government contracting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data extraction.
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Security Clearance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
