Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends and insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with federal regulations (FedRAMP, NIST).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct statistical modeling to support policy decisions and resource allocation.
- Document data pipelines and create technical specifications for software development teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and federal compliance frameworks.
