Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and support strategic decisions
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for senior leadership using Tableau and Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (NIST, FISMA) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to standardize data collection methodologies
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive-level visualizations and briefings
- Automate reporting workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal/government data analysis roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (federal projects preferred)
- Expert knowledge of data governance frameworks and federal compliance standards
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
