Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from various federal sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and agency standards.
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership review and executive briefings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the Federal Government or Defense industry.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
