Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support federal policy initiatives and intelligence operations
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R for real-time insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for senior government stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity across multiple federal databases while maintaining compliance with security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends and data opportunities
- Present findings to executive leadership through concise executive summaries and briefings
- Stay current with evolving federal data regulations and privacy requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal data analysis or government intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of federal data security protocols (NIST 800-53, FISMA compliance)
- Experience with large-scale datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
