Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal/state government data systems
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with healthcare or public sector data models
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
