- Analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Create detailed reports and visualizations to support strategic decision-making for stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform data cleansing and preparation using SQL and Python.
- Stay updated on federal policies and regulations impacting data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and federal compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
