Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to support homeland security initiatives and policy decisions
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for real-time reporting and visualization
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards, FISMA regulations, and cybersecurity protocols
- Collaborate with program managers to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Generate comprehensive analytical reports and dashboards for executive leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of professional data analysis experience with federal or government data
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R for statistical modeling
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ETL processes
- Familiarity with federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, 2 CFR 200) and security protocols
- Certification in AWS/GCP data platforms or federal security clearance preferred
