Responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and interpret complex federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data models, dashboards, and reports for government stakeholders using Tableau and Power BI.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, including FISMA and NIST security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making processes and policy development.
- Automate data pipelines and workflows using SQL and Python to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Strong understanding of federal data privacy laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
