Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale government datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Python.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and visualizations for federal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with federal data governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical data initiatives.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on data pipelines and reporting outputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
