Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to support federal program objectives and deliver actionable intelligence.
- Design and maintain data visualization dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security standards and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define data requirements and analytical frameworks.
- Generate comprehensive reports, including statistical summaries and trend analyses, for senior leadership.
- Identify data quality issues and implement corrective measures to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably within the federal sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
