Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools
- Develop automated data pipelines for Treasury systems ensuring real-time reporting accuracy
- Create interactive visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, HIPAA, PII protocols)
- Prepare analytical briefings for senior leadership on economic trends and policy impacts
- Collaborate with OMB and GSA teams on data governance initiatives
- Document data methodologies and maintain audit-ready documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of data analysis experience with federal datasets or regulated industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R programming
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal data compliance frameworks (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Strong written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
