Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Develop automated data pipelines and maintain robust data governance frameworks
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for federal stakeholders
- Ensure strict adherence to FISMA, HIPAA, and other federal compliance standards
- Collaborate with program managers to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Present findings to senior leadership and congressional committees as required
- Maintain documentation of data methodologies and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal government data analysis or regulated industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R for statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and reporting platforms
- Deep understanding of federal data compliance frameworks (FISMA, HIPAA, 21st Century Cures Act)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in data governance (e.g., CDMP) or federal contracting a plus
