Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations and agency standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable business intelligence.
- Support contract deliverables by providing accurate documentation and statistical analysis.
- Perform quality assurance checks on data inputs and output reports to minimize errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is required. Experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to break down complex problems and derive logical conclusions from data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
