Responsibilities
- Execute weekend operations and administrative tasks in strict compliance with federal regulations and agency guidelines.
- Process sensitive documents and maintain accurate data entry records with a focus on security and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with federal stakeholders, team members, and supervisors regarding daily operations and project updates.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet federal standards.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new weekend staff members to ensure continuity of operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace in adherence to OSHA and federal safety protocols.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to meet federal security requirements.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or data processing within a corporate or government setting.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn federal case management software.
- Background: Ability to pass a standard background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
