Responsibilities
- Process incoming mail, emails, and federal documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems in compliance with federal record-keeping standards.
- Prepare routine correspondence, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Assist with data entry and the management of internal databases.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics for agency meetings and events.
- Answer multi-line telephone systems and screen calls professionally.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government-specific software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a Federal Security Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
