Responsibilities
- Perform routine data entry, record maintenance, and document filing for federal databases.
- Analyze incoming information to assist senior staff in preparing reports and briefings.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with federal regulations and security protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the public, vendors, and federal agencies to resolve inquiries and coordinate logistics.
- Conduct research on public policy topics to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the coordination of internal meetings and community outreach events.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background investigation and security clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
