Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical records.
- Assist senior staff with preparing reports and correspondence.
- Process incoming mail and distribute it efficiently to team members.
- Update internal databases and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for Federal employment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
