Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, processing, and filing of federal documentation and correspondence.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information to the public.
- Perform routine data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in agency databases.
- Support senior staff with administrative functions, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, agency protocols, and security requirements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in the general upkeep of the workspace.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and security clearance investigation.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
