Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant allocation processes for regional infrastructure projects
- Prepare and submit weekly payroll reports for 50+ federal employees
- Coordinate with OMB and GSA agencies on compliance documentation
- Conduct quarterly audits of federal expenditure records
- Maintain SF-278 and SF-279 forms per federal standards
- Lead cross-departmental meetings for operational efficiency
- Implement new federal accounting protocols (FAC-P/PM)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Finance
- 3+ years federal/civil service experience
- Active Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency with SAP Federal Financials system
- Familiarity with FAR and DFARS regulations
- GAAP and federal accounting certification preferred
- U.S. citizenship required
