Responsibilities
- Manage daily-pay federal contracts ensuring strict adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations
- Process same-day vendor payments and maintain meticulous contract documentation
- Coordinate with federal agencies to ensure timely contract execution and compliance
- Conduct cost analysis and negotiate terms for daily-pay service agreements
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for federal contract reviews
- Collaborate with accounting teams for daily payment processing
- Monitor contract performance metrics and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal contracting (FAR/DFARS compliance)
- Active DUNS number and CAGE code registration
- Proficiency with FPDS-NG and WAWF systems
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
- Ability to process daily payments with zero tolerance errors
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
