Responsibilities
- Process and verify immigration documentation with 99.8% accuracy
- Conduct biometric screenings and security clearances
- Operate federal databases for real-time case tracking
- Collaborate with CBP and ICE field operations teams
- Maintain strict compliance with DHS protocols
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership review
- Support emergency response operations as needed
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in SEVIS and ICE databases
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Ability to pass Tier 3 background investigation
- Spanish language certification (DELE B2+)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Completion of DHS FLETC training within 30 days
