- Collaborate with medical facilities to coordinate healthcare benefit enrollment
- Analyze program performance metrics and optimize service delivery
- Manage stakeholder relationships with veteran advocacy groups
- Prepare federal compliance reports and grant documentation
- Train staff on veteran-specific regulations and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program coordination experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- VA benefits certification preferred
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
