Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems for veterans
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
- Coordinate weekend shift operations for medical documentation

- Collaborate with healthcare providers on record accuracy
- Generate reports for departmental leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field
- RHIA or RHIT certification required
- Minimum 2 years EHR system experience
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to work independently on weekend shifts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
