Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergent situations effectively
- Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic health record system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop holistic care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum one year of professional nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills
