Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field
- 3+ years of health records management experience in a regulated environment
- Certified Health Information Administrator (CHIA) or RHIT/RHIA credentials
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., VistA, Epic)
- Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations (HIPAA, 21st Century Cures Act)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- U.S. citizenship required for federal position
