Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services to veterans in compliance with VA standards and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation systems
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members in clinical best practices
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care coordination strategies
- Represent the VA at community outreach events and health fairs
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted U.S. healthcare license (RN, LPN, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA security clearance
- CPR/BLS certification and relevant specialty certifications
