Responsibilities
- Manage federal IT infrastructure and cybersecurity systems
- Support VA healthcare IT applications and data integrity
- Implement federal compliance standards (NIST, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency digital modernization initiatives
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for veteran-facing systems
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Document system architecture and security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of federal IT experience
- Active Security+ CE certification
- Experience with FedRAMP and CUI compliance
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Secret clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of VA-specific healthcare IT systems
