Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure and systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal applications
- Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity regulations and NIST standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and upgrades
- Document IT processes and maintain system documentation
- Conduct system testing and performance optimization
- Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive IT experience in federal or regulated environments
- Active Security+ CE or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in network administration, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and virtualization
- Demonstrated experience with federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
