Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot federal network infrastructure, servers, and hardware systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security standards (FISMA, FedRAMP) and IT governance policies.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to government personnel and internal staff.
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and implement necessary safeguards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Active Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one (favorable background investigation required).
- Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux administration.
- Deep knowledge of federal IT security protocols, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for technical reporting.
