Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain complex federal IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and enforce strict cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive federal data and ensure compliance with NIST and FISMA standards.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for end-users and federal agencies.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and security scans to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and optimize IT solutions that meet mission-critical requirements.
- Prepare and submit detailed technical reports and documentation for federal stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and federal regulations to recommend innovative improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Active Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or systems administration.
- Proficiency in network protocols, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and virtualization technologies.
- Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, including FAR and DFARS, is required.
- US Citizenship is mandatory for this position.
