Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain complex federal IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and upgrade hardware and software solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders and federal agencies.
- Maintain detailed documentation for all systems, processes, and security configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required.
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT environments or related government contracting.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and federal regulatory compliance standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
