Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software solutions that meet federal agency requirements and security standards.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze user needs and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal information security policies and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional IT experience in systems analysis, development, or administration.
- Experience with federal government IT systems and security protocols is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
