Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain federal IT infrastructure systems to support agency operations.
- Enforce cybersecurity protocols and ensure strict compliance with federal security standards.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy IT solutions.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and technical requirements accurately.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets to ensure accountability.
- Provide technical training and support to federal staff members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or federal systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or GSEC are preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and federal acquisition regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation.
