Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems, networks, and hardware infrastructure.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for government personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and cybersecurity standards.
- Perform system analysis, configuration, and software upgrades to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and solutions.
- Document technical processes, incident reports, and system configurations.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- 3-5 years of experience in a federal or government contracting environment.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
