Responsibilities
- Conduct complex federal investigations involving national security and financial crimes
- Collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies (FBI, DEA, USMS)
- Analyze intelligence data and prepare detailed investigative reports
- Execute search warrants and execute high-stakes operations
- Maintain chain of evidence and testify in federal court proceedings
- Mentor junior investigators and develop operational strategies
- Ensure compliance with all federal regulations (CFR, 28 CFR)
Qualifications
- US citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of investigative experience (federal/local law enforcement)
- Proficiency in evidence collection and digital forensics
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance within 6 months
- Valid NC driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with investigative software
- Excellent communication and courtroom testimony experience
