Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 surveillance operations using advanced monitoring systems to detect and respond to security threats
- Enforce federal regulations and protect critical infrastructure along international borders
- Coordinate with federal agencies including CBP, ICE, and FBI during joint operations
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security documentation
- Respond to emergency situations with tactical precision following federal protocols
- Operate specialized security equipment including biometric scanners and motion detection systems
- Conduct regular perimeter patrols and vulnerability assessments of federal facilities
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Secret security clearance
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on rotating schedules
- Proficient in CCTV systems and access control technologies
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and emergency response duties
- Strong communication skills with ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Spanish language proficiency preferred for border operations
