Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure supporting veteran healthcare services
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive veteran data
- Coordinate system upgrades and software deployments across VA facilities
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve complex IT issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT service delivery
- Ensure compliance with federal IT standards and regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of IT infrastructure management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in network administration and cloud technologies
- Familiarity with federal IT security frameworks (NIST, FISMA)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- US citizenship required
- Experience with VA IT systems preferred
