Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal information systems and networks.
- Oversee cybersecurity protocols to ensure compliance with FISMA and agency-specific security mandates.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for federal staff and stakeholders.
- Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies.
- Conduct system performance monitoring and capacity planning to optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy IT infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT environments or related technical roles.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and federal compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
