Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal IT systems and networks
- Provide technical support for mission-critical applications and databases
- Conduct system vulnerability assessments and implement cybersecurity protocols
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on digital transformation initiatives
- Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure compliance with federal IT standards
- Develop user training materials and conduct system documentation
- Monitor system performance and optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal IT systems management
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong knowledge of NIST cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience with federal IT compliance requirements (FISMA, FedRAMP)
