Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and networks to meet federal security standards.
- Analyze system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including NIST and FISMA.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis or government contracting.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance required.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure.
- Certification such as CISSP, PMP, or ITIL v4 is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
