Responsibilities
- Manage and configure federal agency servers and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, security logs, and ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Provide tier-2 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Document system configurations, processes, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with project managers and government stakeholders to deliver IT solutions.
- Execute system patches, updates, and security hardening procedures.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Systems Administration or IT support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Active or ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience working within a federal government or defense contracting environment.
- Proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and compliance regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
