Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols aligned with NIST and FISMA standards
- Provide technical support and training to staff across 15+ federal agencies
- Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ensure compliance with federal IT regulations and security clearance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or system administration
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance)
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of federal IT security regulations and compliance frameworks
- Professional certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ITIL preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
