Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex IT systems to support federal operations.
- Ensure the security and integrity of sensitive data in compliance with federal standards (NIST).
- Conduct system analysis and provide technical solutions for complex infrastructure challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems and modernize workflows.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
- Train junior staff and provide technical guidance on best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT systems analysis or administration.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity frameworks, and database management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
