Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and document management for federal agencies.
- Maintain strict compliance with Office of Personnel Management (OPM) regulations and security protocols.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for office hardware and software systems.
- Communicate effectively with federal stakeholders and internal team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of required compliance reports and documentation.
- Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Federal Security Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or IT help desk roles.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or Business preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and government-specific databases.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret or Top Secret clearance is a plus.
- Transportation: Must be willing to travel to federal facilities within the Indianapolis metro area as required.
