Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI vision, long-term roadmap, and strategic initiatives for the organization.
- Oversee the research and development of next-generation machine learning models, including Deep Learning and NLP.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategy with broader business objectives and revenue goals.
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performance team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
- Present complex technical concepts and project milestones to diverse stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or director-level role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale, high-stakes projects.
- Strong understanding of the ethical implications of AI and experience implementing responsible AI frameworks.
