Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for federal network infrastructure and systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, policies, and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure IT solutions and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of system configurations and incident reports.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance required (US Citizen).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency with Cisco networking devices, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server environments (Active Directory, Exchange).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced government environment.
