Responsibilities
- Client Support: Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Federal, State, and Local agency clients, ensuring 99.9% system uptime and user satisfaction.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and post-implementation support.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all systems and processes adhere to strict federal regulations, including NIST, FedRAMP, and FISMA standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance audit reports.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one) is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting or federal contracting environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), networking, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
