Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal agency networks and hardware.
- Implement and enforce federal security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
- Manage user access, permissions, and identity management systems securely.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to identify technical requirements and solution architectures.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and service desk methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
