Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain federal information systems and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including FedRAMP and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy IT solutions.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Provide technical training and support to junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret (TS) or Secret security clearance required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Proficiency with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and virtualization platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a government setting.
